Single rooms have a maximum capacity of two guests, a third guest is welcome at a supplementary charge of $100 USD ++ per night.

Multibed rooms have a maximum capacity of two guests per sleeping room, an additional guest is welcome at a supplementary charge of $100 USD ++ per night (please note the additional guest is counted per unit or hotel key room, not sleeping room within the multibedroom).

Two guests per sleeping room are included in the rate; additional guests paying a supplementary charge are also subject to a breakfast charge billed to their room.

Wedding Planners expedite and simplify the planning process for couples, they have a team fully dedicated to ensure weddings and events run perfectly, if your guest count is higher than 50 guests and/or if you would like to have a heavily packed wedding weekend, a Wedding Planner is necessary.

Your CSM is happy to help you in the process at the best of their ability; please note that during weekends your CSM is likely to be in the field creating wonderful memories for couples and clients celebrating milestone events at the resort and taking time off during weekdays. Please expect delays in their response and they appreciate your patience.

We do not charge vendor fees, our sole requirement is to check with the resort prior to committing with a vendor, we will gladly share our preferred vendors’ list, which was curated by our team to include vendors that uphold our high-quality standards.

Your CSM will always inform you if you’re not reaching your minimum contracted revenues and try to help you get there, any remainder to reach a minimum contracted revenue can incur a penalty charge.

Per the contract, alcohol must be purchased through the resort. We will gladly share our Bar Packages and menus for your review.

Per the contract, food must be purchased through the resort, should you need modifications to our menus, our culinary team can gladly customize items for you.

Outdoor music and events have a curfew of 10:00 pm, at this time; music will move indoors closing the venue’s doors to keep the noise controlled, indoors music at a controlled volume can continue until 11:00pm.

At El Faralloon, the maximum curfew is 1:00 am.

External wedding attendees are welcome to attend events, they are also welcome to visit the couple in their rooms or at our restaurants.

Our Pools are exclusive for guests staying at the resort without exception.

Our Almarte Boutique has a wide variety of items and can also assist in creating favors to deliver in the room or favor experiences at our Pai Pai Terrace.

We can coordinate a half-day buyout at $5,000 USD ++ minimum spa treatment consumption, accommodating simultaneous treatments and catered food at the spa, a full-day buyout has a minimum spa treatment consumption of $10,000 USD ++.

1 Special Edition of Premium Tequila Bottle (225 ml) is included in every hotel room, including multibedroom units.
