The Pedregal Collection at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal welcomes an exceptional lineup of new wines that promise to elevate your experience. From the sparkling crispness of Prosecco to the rich depth of red blends, each new addition reflects artisanal craftsmanship and the finest global terroirs. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or simply seeking to indulge in something new, our curated selection offers an exclusive taste of luxury, perfectly paired with our world-class dining and breathtaking ocean views. These wines are exceptionally limited—no more than 1,400 bottles of each will ever be produced. Currently, only up to 400 bottles of each are available on the property, with some offering as few as 75 bottles remaining.
