Featuring an exceptional assortment of fine wines, exclusive labels, and a robust collection, boasting 3,500 bottles and over 450 labels spanning both New and Old-World varieties. Each bottle is meticulously curated to ensure a diverse and exquisite selection for wine enthusiasts and culinary aficionados alike. The cellar maintains independent temperatures for both red and white varieties, specially customized for the resort, alongside a unique anti-fogging system unlike any other in the world. Indulge in the Wine Cellar with our Private Pedregal Collection, as we expand upon the exclusive series with the addition of three new varieties including a rosé, pinot noir, and a custom blend, created in partnership with leading Mexican wineries, Roganto and Don Leo. Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal’s Wine Director, Jhonatan Adame, leads the collection as these new wines join the existing two wines the property has in partnership with one of Mexico’s most awarded and recognized boutique wineries. Soon to come are two more special varieties from Italy, created especially for the resort with BORTOLOMIOL.

Offering one of the most impeccable selections of Champagne in Mexico, with labels such as Salon, Krug Clos d’Ambonnay and Dom Perignon Plenitude 3. Each wine in the cellar has been purchased directly from the château, offering Pedregal guests the highest quality in old vintage while maintaining the very best expression of the evolution in our wines.
