Join our resident sommelier at Don Manuel’s restaurant for a new seven-course wine and dine experience centered on the star of the show: fine wine. Unique to the experience in front of The Cellar, every course will first begin with a special wine tasting—each pairing selected from a different country, inspiring the cuisine to follow. Showcasing exceptional bottles from France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, The United States of America, Portugal, and Austria, guests will sip and dine around the globe throughout their evening.

Dinner will be presented around our long table beside the exclusive cellar, with each dish inspired by the respective wine’s country of origin, from pasta to tortillas.
