PET FRIENDLY

Welcome to Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal.  We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your pet.  To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, the following policies apply to your pet’s stay:

Pet Fee. Dogs are allowed in guest rooms for 150 USD charge per stay.

Damage Assessment. You will be billed for any damage caused by your pet or for any extraordinary cleaning necessary after your pet stay.  You must tender a valid credit card at check-in as payment for any damage or extraordinary cleaning costs related to your pet’s stay.  By signing this agreement, you expressly authorize the Resort to charge these costs to your credit card during or after your stay.

Acceptable Pets. Pets have to be less than 40 pounds for their own security and for other “Friends” security. We welcome all well-mannered pets that are current on vaccinations.  We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive barking, evidence of disease, or urination or defecation in public areas.  No more than two pets may occupy each guest room.  You will be responsible for all charges relating to the removal of your pet including transportation and kennel charges.

Pet-Friendly Areas. Dogs are allowed only in the following areas: In the Lobby area and your room. Animals are not allowed by the pool or in any Food and Beverage outlet. Mascots must be leashed and accompanied by owner or held in arms when walking in common areas of the Resort, including outdoors.

Housekeeping. For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if your mascot is not present or you are present, and your pet is leashed or caged.

Pet etiquette. If your pet is creating a disturbance for other guests, the Hotel reserves the right to have a Hotel employee enter the room and stay with the pet after an effort has been made to contact the guest to let them know that we are attempting to resolve the situation.  If it is necessary to “sit” with your pet you will be charged 25 USD per hour for “pet sitting”.  You may be held liable for other guests room charges should a disturbance by your pet necessitate compensation to those guests by Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal.

Pet Sitting. Pet sitters are available upon request with 24 hours’ notice. Rate: 25 USD per hour

You represent that you maintain personal liability insurance in reasonable amounts sufficient to protect against damage or injury caused by your mascot.

Release and Indemnification. Your Dog agreement will stay on file for one full year.  You agree to release, defend, and indemnify Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, from any and all claims or damages related to your Dog or your Dog’s stay at the Hotel, including any claims by third-parties.
